You may cancel your hosting policy at any time.

Software designs that are cancelled are subject to a cancellation refund based on the current production status of your design. The refund procedures are as follows:

    * 100% — PRIOR to start of design development.
    * 75% — AFTER start design development, but PRIOR to customer approval.
    * 50% —AFTER customer approval, but prior to design creation.
    * NO REFUND — There will be no refunds of any kind AFTER a design has been created.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of cancelling your services, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the time it takes us to process your return once we receive your request, and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the cancelled services.
